How I want to help small to medium sizes businesses
I’m passionate about helping small to medium-sized businesses with website design and S.E.O because I know how transformative it can be. These businesses are essential to their communities, but many struggle to compete online due to a lack of resources or technical know-how. That’s where I come in. I’m committed to creating websites that showcase their unique brand and make it easy for customers to connect with them. Additionally, I focus on S.E.O strategies to improve their visibility and reach the audience they deserve. Seeing these businesses grow and succeed through my efforts is incredibly rewarding—it feels like helping them realize their full potential.
My similar experiences
In terms of employment, I have experience working in an IT role where I tested software and systems for applications, including CMS and mobile apps. I would use user stories and test cases to evaluate systems against their standards, identify errors, and report them to developers and designers for fixes. It was a valuable experience for a 19-year-old fresh out of college with a part-time job. This was my first step into the digital world of work, and I had hoped to pursue more opportunities. However, I believe God had a different plan for me, so I enrolled in an IT course at university, graduated, and eventually secured a customer service representative position. In the meantime, I worked two retail sales jobs before entering university, and I took a three-year break from employment. I wouldn’t recommend taking such a long break from work unless absolutely necessary. During those years, I self-studied coding languages like JavaScript, Python, and C#, hoping to eventually land a software development role. However, I graduated and landed a customer service representative role, and now starting my own business!
What led me here?
Driven by a passion for becoming a developer and building on my experience as a manual QA tester, coding skills, and understanding of AI and social media trends, I used these insights to start my first business, with a particular focus on the growing Squarespace platform. Beyond IT, I am also deeply fascinated by business trends, as they play a major role in shaping both our online and offline lives.
